Sheri, (me), of the Advantage Home Team, recently purchased a condo. What a great time to purchase real estate for your future! The prices are lower and the interest rates are the lowest they have EVER been! Being in the business I truly do under estimate the large and overwhelming job of the renovations process! I need new flooring, paint, lighting and fireplace mantle. A couple of weeks and it will be done. My advise, try not to do it all yourself. Hire professionals and it will pay off in the end.
