Summer is here and things are heating up!

Everyone I talk to says, "Wow, the market is really slow right now" Yes and no. Yes, there are a ton of listings out there, but it's still busy! Buyers, buyers take note! Now you can at least spend some time looking at product out there on the market and your options. It's still a great time to purchase some real estate, either a first home, an investment or to upgrade into something you've always wanted!
